*Start roasts at max. temperature for 15 minutes and then decrease the temperature to 150°C thereafter.
The guide lists settings, times and utensils which have achieved excellent laboritory results. However your tastes and customs may differ so feel free to experiment.

Operating the grill
•Apply a little vegetable oil to the grill shelf to prevent the meat from sticking to the shelf bars and position a tray directly below the grill shelf in order to collect any fats and oils released during the grilling process.
•Set the multifunction selector to CONVENTIONAL GRILL.
•Set the OVEN THERMOSTAT to maximum.

•Attach the heat shield below the control panel as shown in the sketch above. This will protect the controls from excessive heat .
•During the grilling process the oven door must remain partially open.
•Monitor the grilling process and when completed , remove the grill shelf and the food using oven gloves.
•Accessible parts may become very hot when grilling and children and the infirm should be kept well away from the oven to prevent accidental burns.
