Removing the Speakers WARNING: Before working inside your computer, read the safety information

Prerequisites
1Remove the base cover. See "Removing the Base Cover" on page 10.
2Remove the battery. See "Removing the Battery" on page 12.
Procedure
1Lift the latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the touchpad.
2Gently peel off the touchpad cable from the palm-rest assembly.
3Lift the speakers and remove the speaker cables from the routing guides on the
palm-rest assembly.
4Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
