By default, the management ports are set to Dynamic

 

Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). If the controller

 

is unable to get an IP address configuration from

 

a DHCP server within a specified time out period

 

(approximately 3 minutes), it defaults back to

 

static IP addressing. For more information,
