Heat Sink/Blower Assembly Removal—Small Form-Factor
and Small Desktop Computers
NOTICE: Before you remove the heat sink, gently rock the heat sink, and then
slightly twist it as you lift it from the system board.
6Lift the heat sink or heat sink/blower assembly away from the
microprocessor.
7On the small form-factor and small desktop computers, remove the
two screws on the blower to remove it from the heat sink.
