6.Rack Mounting and Servicing
When this product is mounted or serviced in a rack, special precautions must be taken to ensure that the system remains stable. In general you should fill the rack with equipment starting from the bottom to the top.
7.Equipment Installation
This equipment should be installed, replaced, or serviced only by trained and quali- fied personnel.
8.Equipment Disposal
Disposal of this equipment should be in accordance to all national laws and regula- tions.
9.Local and National Electrical Codes
This equipment should be installed in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
2.2.2Mechanical Installation
These switches are hot pluggable. It is not necessary to power down the Dell Chassis to install a new switch or to replace and old switch with a new one.
