Easy Cheese Omelet Sticks
The French Toast Stick Maker is great for making omelet sticks perfectly with no fuss and no mess. Makes 6 omelet sticks.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1.Preheat the French Toast Stick Maker.
2.Beat eggs in small bowl with fork or wire whisk until yolks and whites are well mixed.
3.Pour omelet mixture into the French Toast Stick Maker, leaving room for the eggs to expand. Close the lid and wait two minutes. Eggs should be cooked and starting to brown. For browner omelets, cook one minute longer.
