Preparation:
1.Preheat the French Toast Stick Maker.
2.In a large bowl, beat first 4 ingredients.
3.Place the bread slices, one at a time, into the bowl or plate, letting slices soak up the egg mixture for a few seconds, then carefully turn to coat the other side. Coat only as many slices as you will be cooking at one time. Coat both sides with coconut.
4.Place 2 slices of bread side by side in the French Toast Stick Maker.
5.Close the lid and click the handle clip into place.
6.Bake for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Lift lid. When food is complete, carefully remove the food.
8.Serve French Toast hot and with syrup.
Orange French Toast
Makes approx 8 servings
Ingredients:
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
®
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
8 thick slices cinnamon bread
1/4 cup butter, melted

3.Place the bread slices, one at a time, into the bowl or plate, letting slices soak up the egg mixture for a few seconds, then carefully turn to coat the other side.
Soak/coat only as many slices as you will be cooking at one time. Drizzle with the butter.
4.Place 2 slices of bread side by side in the French Toast Stick Maker.
5.Close the lid and click the handle clip into place.
6.Bake for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Lift lid. When food is complete, carefully remove the food.
8.Serve French Toast hot.
