3.When finished cooking, turn the temperature control to the “Off” position and unplug the power cord.

4.Allow the unit to cool before cleaning.

Cleaning

1.Disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet and remove the thermostat plug from the appliance.

2.Allow the unit to cool down completely.

3.Take the grill pan out of the outer housing.

4.Wash the grill pan, outer housing, drip tray, and lid in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Note: This appliance can be completely immersed in water.

WARNING: Never immerse the power cord, plug, or temperature control into water or other liquids. This may cause an electrical shortage and bodily harm. Do not use abrasive scouring pads or steel wool to clean the grill pan. It may scratch the coating.
