Setting the Input Function Level
Press DDHHto select “Input Function Lev.”, then
press ENTER.
After completing this setting, check that the playback levels for
the different sources are the same.

Press DDHHto select the input source, then press FF
GGto set.
The volume can be adjusted within the range –12 dB to +12
dB.

Press ENTER.

Setting the Function Rename
Press DDHHto select “Function Rename”, then
press ENTER.
Press DDHHto select the input function, then press
FFGG to set.
Press FFGGto move the cursor (

) to the desired
position, then press DDHHto select the character.
Up to 8 characters can be input.
The characters that can be input are shown below.

Repeat step 3 to input the input source name.
To set the input function name back to how it was:
qPress FFGGto highlight the input function name, then
press DD HH.
wPress DD HHto select “Default Yes”, then press FF.
Once all the characters have been input, press
ENTER.

The playback level is corrected individually for the different input
sources.
The name of the input function that is displayed can be changed.
Setting the Tuner Presets
2Auto Preset Memory
Up to 56 FM stations can be preset automatically.
Press DDHHto select “Tuner Presets”, then press
ENTER.
Press DDHHto select “Auto Preset Memory”, then
press ENTER.
Press FFto select “Yes”.
•“Search” blinks on the screen and searching begins.
“Completed” appears once searching is completed.
If an FM station cannot be preset automatically due to poor
reception, use the “Manual tuning” operation ( page 35) to
tune in the station, then preset it using the manual “Preset
memory” operation ( page 35).
