PLAYING A DISC

A-B REPEAT Programming

			DVD-V	CD	VCD
		Press the A-B REPEAT button		A -
	1
		at your
		chosen starting point.
•		A- appears briefly on the TV
		screen.
	2	Press the A-B REPEAT button		A - B
		again at your chosen end point.
•		A-Bappears briefly on the TV
		screen, and the repeat sequence
		begins.
	3	To exit the sequence, press the		OFF

A-B REPEAT button.

NOTES:

•The A-B repeat section can only be set within the current title (for DVDs) or current track (for audio CDs/video CDs).

•A-B Repeat does not work with some scenes on DVDs.

•To cancel the A point which was set, press the CLEAR button.

•A-B Repeat playback does not function during title, chap- ter, track or all repeat playback.

CD

You may determine the order in which tracks will play.

1In the stop mode, press the MODE button.

•The PROGRAM screen will appear.

the most recently entered pro- gramme.

3Press the PLAY button to play the programmed tracks.

NOTES:

•While the programme is being played back, the STOP button works as follows.

•Press the STOP button once and then the PLAY button again, playback will restart from the point where the STOP button was pressed. (Programme continued)

•Press the STOP button twice and then the PLAY button again, playback will restart from the track in the usual way. (Programme cleared)

•Up to 99 programmes can be entered.

•If you wish to repeat the current track in the programme,

press the REPEAT button repeatedly until TRACK appears during playback. If you wish to repeat the entire

programme press the REPEAT button repeatedly until ALL appears during playback.

•Refer to page 21 for programme playback of MP3, WMA, and JPEG discs.

Random Playback

CD

This shuffles the playing order of tracks instead of playback them in the original sequence.

1In the stop mode, press the RANDOM or MODE button twice.

•The RANDOM screen appears.

2Press the PLAY button to start random playback.

•If you wish to repeat the current track in the random selec- tion, press the REPEAT button repeatedly until TRACK appears during playback. If you wish to repeat the entire

random selection, press the REPEAT button repeatedly until ALL appears during playback.
