COMO INSTALAR UM PROTETOR FECHADO (TIPO 1)

1.Abra a trava do protetor (K), e alinhe as linguetas (L) do protetor com as ranhuras do cubo (M). Isto alinhará as linguetas com as ranhuras da tampa da caixa de engrenagens. Coloque o protetor voltado para trás.

2.Empurre o protetor para baixo até que a lingueta do protetor se encaixe e gire livremente na ranhura do cubo da caixa de engrenagens.

3.Gire o protetor (F) até a posição de trabalho desejada. O corpo do protetor deve ficar colocado entre o eixo e o operador, para oferecer o máximo de proteção ao operador.

4.Feche a trava do protetor para prendê-lo à tampa da caixa de engrenagens. Não deve ser possível girar o protetor manualmente quando a trava estiver fechada. Não ponha a esmerilhadeira para funcionar com um protetor frouxo ou com a trava do protetor na posição aberta.

5.Para retirar o protetor, siga o procedimento acima ao contrário.

Caso,

determinado tempo de uso, o protetor

 

fique folgado, aperte o parafuso de ajuste

 

(N) com a trava do protetor na posição

 

fechada com o protetor instalado na

 

ferramenta.

 

 

 

 

AVISO: Para reduzir o risco de dano à ferramenta, não aperte o parafuso de ajuste com a trava do protetor em posição aberta. Isto pode causar um dano difícil de detectar ao protetor ou ao cubo de montagem.

COMO INSTALAR DISCOS DE CORTE (FIG. 20)

CUIDADO: Para os discos de corte se deve usar um flange de proteção e uma porca fixadora roscadas de diâmetro adequado (incluídas com a ferramenta)

1.Instale o flange alinhando a parte plana do eixo (T) com a parte plana correspondente do flange (O).

2.Coloque o disco contra o flange e centre o disco na guia do flange.

3.Instale a porca fixadora, assegurando-se de que o disco continue centrado no flange.

4.Pressione o botão de trava do eixo e aperte a porca fixadora com uma chave.

5.Siga os passos anteriores ao contrário para retirar o disco.
