EMBREAGEM

(MODELOS DWE4577, DWE4579, DWE4597 E DWE4599)

A embreagem de limitação de torque reduz o torque de reação máximo transmitido ao operador em caso de emperramento do disco de corte. Além disso, esta característica impede o emperramento da transmissão e do motor elétrico. A embreagem de limitação de torque é pré-programada na fábrica e não pode ser ajustada.

EMBREAGEM ELETRÔNICA (E-CLUTCHTM)

Esta ferramenta está equipada com uma embreagem eletrônica (E-ClutchTM) que, caso a ferramenta seja sobrecarregada ou o disco seja beliscado, ela se desligará a fim de reduzir o torque de reação sobre o usuário. O usuário deverá ligar e desligar o interruptor para que a ferramenta volte a funcionar.

PROTEÇÃO CONTRA SOBRECARGA (POWER-OFFTM) (MODELOS DWE4577, DWE4579, DWE4597 E DWE4599)

A alimentação elétrica do motor será reduzida em caso de sobrecarga do motor. Se a sobrecarga do motor continua, a ferramenta se desligará. O usuário deverá ligar e desligar o interruptor para que a ferramenta volte a funcionar. A ferramenta se desligará cada vez que a carga de corrente atinja o valor de sobrecarga (ponto de combustão do motor). Caso aconteçam desligamentos contínuos causados por sobrecarga, aplique uma menor força ou pressão sobre a ferramenta até que ela funcione sem que o mecanismo de proteção contra sobrecarga seja ativado.
