4.Mueva el tornillo de ajuste, ubicado en la parte inferior de la plataforma (Fig. 7), de tal mode que la plataforma se detendra en el angulo apropiado.

5.Confirme la precisi6n del ajuste comprobando la cuadratura de un corte real sobre un pedazo de material de desecho.

Indicader de linea de torte (Fig. 8)

El frente de la plataforma de la sierra (D) tiene un indicador de linea de corte de 0° (F) y un indicador de linea de corte de 45°(G) para corte vertical y biselado. Los indicadores de la linea de corte le per- miten guiar la sierra a Io largo de las lineas de corte marcadas con lapiz sobre la pieza de trabajo.

El indicador esta alineado con el lade izquierdo (exterior) de la hoja de la sierra. La hoja en movimiento que realiza la ranura o corte de

"entalladura" cae a la derecha del indicador. Coloque la sierra a Io largo de la linea de corte trazada a lapiz, de tal mode que la linea de corte caiga sobre el material de desperdicio o sobrante. Los indica- dores de marcaci6n en el frente de la plataforma estan a intervalos de 13 mm (1/2 pulg.) para entregar guias adicionales de corte.

Los indicadores de linea de corte (P) tambi6n estan ubicados en el interior de la plataforma para mantener la sierra a escuadra al cortar.
