IMPORTANTE: La mayoria de las hojas de repuesto vienen con una abertura redonda del centro de mandril que debe ser expulsada de tal modo que aparezca un centro de mandril con forma de diamante. En esta sierra _nicamente se pueden utilizar hojas con un centro de mandril en forma de diamante.

AVISO: Nunca instale una hoja sin remover el orificio pre-horada- do. La falta de enganche de la hoja causarb que /a hoja se ponga en contacto con otras partes de/a sierra provocando dahos a/a herramienta.

PARA ABRIR EL ORIFICIO PRE-HORADADO

_ADVERTENCIA: SIEMPRE utilice protecci6n ocular. Todos los usuarios y las personas circunstantes deben /levar proteccidn ocular en conformidad con ANSI 787.1.

_ADVERTENCIA: Cercidrese de que /a palanca de bloqueo de bisel este apretada y asegurada despues de utilizarla para abrir el orificio pre-horadado. Si el ajuste de/a hoja se des/iza al cortar puede causar atascamiento y rebote.

Coloque el hueco central redondo de la hoja en la muesca (Q) arriba de la palanca de ajuste del bisel (H). Agarrando la sierra y la hoja firmemente, hale hasta que se abra el orificio pre-horadado. Ahora queda expuesto el centro de mandril con forma de diamante.

PARA INSTALAR LA HOJA (FIG. 1, 10, 11)

1.Afloje y retire el tornillo de sujeci6n de la hoja (R) con la Ilave provista, gir&ndolo en sentido horario como Io indica la flecha sobre la arandela de sujeci6n externa (S).

2.Retire la arandela de sujeci6n externa (S).

3.Utilizando la palanca retractora del protector inferior de la hoja (C), retraiga el protector inferior de la hoja (E).

IMPORTANTE: AI retraer el protector inferior de la hoja para

instalar la hoja, verifique la condici6n y la operaci6n del protector inferior de la hoja que garantizar que est6 funcionando en forma apropiada. Cerci6rese de que se mueve sin obstaculos y que no

toca la hoja, la plataforma o cualquier otra parte, para todos los _.ngulos y profundidades de corte.

4.Coloque la hoja (T) sobre el eje de la sierra (U) contra la aran- dela de sujeci6n interna (V), asegurandose de que la hoja girargt en la direcci6n apropiada (la direcci6n de la flecha de rotaci6n sobre la hoja de la sierra y los dientes debe apuntar en la misma

direcci6n que la direcci6n de la flecha de rotaci6n sobre el pro- tector inferior de la hoja).

IMPORTANTE: Cerci6rese siempre de que el centro de mandril con forma de diamante de la hoja est6 alineado con el centro de mandril con forma de diamante levantado sobre la arandela de

sujeci6n externa.
