UART Mode Select
It determines the UART 2 mode in your computer.
Setting: IrDA, ASKIR, Normal (Default).
RxD, TxD Active
Setting: Hi,Hi , Hi,Lo (Default) , Lo,Hi , Lo,Lo.
IR Transmission Delay
Setting: Disabled, Enabled (Default).
