Using the Reset button
If the Digi device cannot be accessed from the web interface, the configuration can be
restored to factory defaults by using the Reset button.
1Power off the Digi device by unplugging the power supply.
2Press the Reset button gently (shown in the illustration below) with a non-
conducive, small diameter tool (such as wood or plastic) with a blunt end (NOT
SHARP or the button could be damaged) to hold down the Reset button.
3Power on the device while holding the rest switch down (about 20 -40 seconds.)
4The status LED should blink in a 1-5-1 pattern.
5Release the Reset button. The device should be at factory default settings.
