System setup

The system setup options are illustrated below:

TV system

If you want to connect the player to a TV, please choose a valid TV system first.

AUTO: Choose this setting if your DVD player is connected to a multi-system TV.

NTSC: Choose this setting if your DVD player is connected to an NTSC TV.

PAL: Choose this setting if your DVD player is connected to a PAL TV. The default setting is NTSC.

NOTE:

Setting up with an incorrect TV system will result in a black and white picture on your TV screen. The best quality of picture reproduction you will achieve by using NTSC mode.

Screen saver

If the screen saver is on, when your DVD player is in STOP or NO DISC mode, or there is a frame frozen for a long time, the screen saver will be displayed. This feature is to protect the screen from damage.

ON: Choose this setting to activate the screen saver.

OFF: Choose this setting to cancel the screen saver.

The default setting is ON.
