6Press to highlight Air/Cable, then press or to select Air or Cable, depending on the type of antenna connection you have.

7Press to highlight Auto Scan, then press ENTER or to automatically scan for available channels.

Auto Scan may take a while to complete. A progress report is displayed while your TV is scanning for available channels. You can press MENU to exit Auto Scan prior to completion, but you will need to run Auto Scan later to complete the process.

Auto Scan creates a list of available/receivable channels for the selected signal input.

Selecting the video input source

To select the video input source:

1Turn on your TV, then press the INPUT key on the remote, or the INPUT button on the TV. The INPUT SOURCE menu opens.

2Press or to highlight the video source, then press ENTER. You can also select the input source using the following remote control buttons:

COMP—Press once to select Component1. Press twice to select Component2.

HDMI–Press once to select HDMI1. Press twice to select HDMI2. Press three times to select HDMI3.

VIDEO—Press once to select AV1. Press twice to select AV2. Press three times to select S-Video.

TV—Press to select TV.

Turning your TV on or off

To turn your TV on or off (standby mode):

1 Plug the power cord into an AC power outlet.

Warning: When your TV is in standby mode, it is still receiving power. To

 

 

 

 

 

completely disconnect power, unplug the power cord.
