Adjust footplate extension length
1.	Remove adjustment
	knob; this will free		footrest
	footplate extension		hanger
	tube to slide inside		adjustment
	footrest hanger tube.		knob
2.	Reposition footplate		footplate
	extension in desired
	position.		extension
3.	Reinstall adjustment	adjustment	footplate
	knob in appropriate	holes
		Adjust footplate extension length
	adjustment hole for
	desired footplate exten-
	sion length. Screw
	knob in to tighten.

4.Follow steps 1-3 to adjust other footplate extension length. Ensure that both adjustment knobs are securely tightened and that minimum ground clearance is 2 1/2 inches.

WARNING: Ensure that footplates are securely installed before occupying or operating wheelchair.
