You know the right marinade can make the best food taste even better. But what exactly makes a marinade work? Flavoring: This category is wide open! Use salt, spices, seasonings, herbs, liquid smoke

or even Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey... you name it.

Other Liquids: Any water or oil. We recommend using flavored oils or virgin olive oil.
