DO NOT use a metal scraper to remove dirt from the cylinder fins.

MAINTENANCE	TC-210

3.Disconnect spark plug lead.

4.Remove cylinder cover.

5.Use brush to remove dirt from the cylinder fins.

DO NOT use a metal scraper to remove dirt from the cylinder fins.

6. Assemble components in reverse order.

Note: When installing the cylinder cover, be certain the muffler gasket tabs are locked into the muffler grill slots and the stop switch lead is seated in the relief notch.

Exhaust System

Spark Arrestor Screen

Level 2.

Parts Required: Spark Arrestor Screen, Gasket
1.	Remove starter cover and cylinder cover.
2.	Remove exhaust guide (A), gasket (B), and screen (C) from
	muffler body.		C
3.	Clean carbon deposits from muffler components.	A	C
3.	Clean carbon deposits from muffler components.	A

Note: When cleaning carbon deposit, be careful not to damage the catalytic element inside muffler.

4.Replace screen if it is cracked, plugged, or has holes burned through.

5.Assemble components in reverse order.
