Resolution

The LCD panel consists of a fixed number of pixel elements which are illuminated to form the screen image. The EIZO L550 display panel consists of 1280 horizontal pixels and 1024 vertical pixels. At a resolution of 1280 x 1024, all pixels are displayed as a full screen.

sRGB (Standard RGB)

A color space was defined with the aim of the color matching between applications and hardware devices, such as monitors, scanners, printers and digital cameras. As a standard default space, sRGB allows Internet users to closely match colors.

The acronym VESA stands for “Video Electronics Standards Association” and DPMS stands for “Display Power Management Signaling”. DPMS is a communication standard that PCs and graphics boards use to implement power savings on the monitor side.
