In the U.S.A., your appli ance is warranted by Electrolux Home Produ cts North America, a division of White Consolidated
Industries, Inc. We authorize no person to change or add to any of our obligations under this warranty. Our obligations for service
and parts under this warrant y must be performed by us or an authorized Ele ctrolux Home Products Nort h America servicer. In
Canada, your applian ce is warranted by Electrolu x Canada Corp.

RESPONSIBILIT IES
OF THE CONSUMER
This war ranty applies only to product s in ordinary household use, and t he consu mer is
responsible f or the items listed b elow:
1. Proper use of the a ppliance in accordanc e with instructions provide d with the product.
2. Proper insta llation by an authorized ser vicer in accordance wit h instructions provided wi th the
appliance and in accor dance with all local plumbi ng, electrical and/or gas c odes.
3. Proper connection to a grounded power supply of s ufficient voltage, replacement of blown fuses,
repair of loose connect ions or defects in house wiri ng.
4. Expenses for making the appliance accessible for servicing, such as removal of trim, cupboards,
shelves, etc., which are not a par t of the appliance when it was s hipped from the factory.
5. Damages to fin ish after installation.
6. Replaceme nt of light bulbs and/or fluore scent tubes (on models with the se features).
EXCLUSIONS This wa rranty does not c over the following:
1. CON SEQU ENTIA L O R INCID ENTAL DAM AGES SUC H AS PROPE RTY DAM AGE AND
INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN OR ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY.
NOTE: So me states do not allow the exclusion or limit ation of incidental or consequential
damages, so this limitat ion or exclusion may not apply to you.
2. Service calls whic h do not involve malfunc tion or defe cts in wor kmanship or material, or for
appliances not in ordin ary household use. The c onsumer shall pay for such se rvice calls.
3. Damages caused by services performed by ser vicers othe r than Electrolux H ome Products
North Ame rica or its authorize d servicer s; use of parts other than genuine El ectrolux Home
Products parts; obtained from per sons other than s uch servicers; or external cause s such as
abuse, misuse, inadeq uate power supply or acts of God.
4. Products with ori ginal serial numbers that have bee n removed or altered and cannot be readil y
determined.
IF YOU NEED SERVICE Keep your bill of sale, d elivery slip, or some othe r appropriate payment record. The date on the
bill establishes the warran ty period should service be req uired. If service is perform ed, it is in your
best interest to o btain and keep all receipts. This writ ten warranty gives you specific lega l rights.
