Educational,Military,&Religious)purchasesofnewproductonly.
RefurbishedUnitscarrya90DAYpartsandlaborwarranty.
Eachpartywillberesponsibleforonewayshippingduringthewarrantyperiod.
ARMA(ReturnMerchandiseAuthorization)numbermustbeissuedinordertoprocessa
replacementortoauthorizeareturnforwarrantyrepair.EliteScreenswill,atitssoleoption
replaceorrepairthedefectiveunitwithareplacement*(seeexceptionsbelow)afterthe
defectiveunitorpartshavebeenreceived.Oncetheproductisreceived,EliteScreenswillsend
outareplacement*unittothecustomerbygroundservice(subjecttoinventoryavailability).
DoNotReturnAnyUnauthorizedItemstoEliteScreens,astheywillberefusedandreturned
atyourexpense.TheRMANumbermustbeincludedontheoutsidelabelofyourshipping
box.OurwarehouseisnotauthorizedtoacceptreturnswithoutanRMAnumberonthe
shippinglabel.
RMANumbersarevalidfor45daysfromthedateissued.
MissingPartsmustbereportedwithin7daysofreceipt.Ifreportedafter7days,thecustomer
willberesponsibleforshippingandhandlingfees.Ifreportedafter30daysofreceipt,the
customerwillberesponsibleforcostofpartsandshipping&handlingfees.
*ANeworrefurbishedreplacementwillbesendouttothecustomerdependingonthetypeof
purchase(neworrefurbished)andbasedonstockavailability.
