FURTHER NOTES ON THE DEVICE

DO NOT OPEN. THE DEVICE MUST ONLY BE OPENED BY A QUALIFIED ASSISTANT Setting up location of the device

Avoid vibrations, impact or tilted surfaces as the internal parts may be seriously damaged.

Do not place heavy objects on the device.

Never place the device on amplifiers or other devices, which can become hot.

If not using the device always close the dust cover.

Moving of the turntable

Before moving remove the record.

It is suggested to remove the record and to switch off the device for periods of non use.

Avoid magnetic objects

Keep magnetic objects such as speakers, at a distance to the turntable.

Saving energy

It is recommended if the player is not used, to turn off the device.

If the turntable is not used for a long period of time, it should be unplugged from the AC socket.

SETTING A SAFE VOLUME LEVEL

If you continually listen to loud music, your hearing gradually adapts to it and gives you the impression that the volume is lower.

What seems normal to you can actually be damaging.

To protect yourself from this, set the volume to a low level.

Increase the volume slowly, until you can hear clearly and without problems.

Damage to your hearing can be extensive and cannot be reversed.

If you notice a hearing problem, please consult a doctor.

2957 specifications

The Elta 2957 is a premier ground-based radar system designed to provide comprehensive surveillance capabilities for airspace management and security operations. Its sophisticated technology sets it apart as an essential tool for military and civilian applications alike.

One of the main features of the Elta 2957 is its advanced Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) technology. This innovative radar system uses a phased array, allowing it to electronically steer the beam of energy without moving parts. This capability ensures rapid target acquisition and tracking, significantly enhancing situational awareness in dynamic environments. The AESA technology also allows for simultaneous multi-target tracking, making it an invaluable asset for monitoring multiple aerial threats.

The Elta 2957 operates in the S-band frequency range, which provides an optimal balance between range and resolution. This frequency choice allows the radar to detect a variety of airborne objects, including small UAVs, combat aircraft, and incoming missiles, ensuring versatile applications across different operational theaters. Its high resolution offers a detailed view of the operational landscape, enabling decision-makers to respond effectively to potential threats.

In terms of characteristics, the Elta 2957 boasts a high level of resistance to electronic countermeasures. Its capabilities are further enhanced by sophisticated signal processing algorithms that filter out noise, ensuring that operators receive clear and actionable data. This resilience against jamming is crucial for maintaining operational integrity in conflict scenarios.

The system is designed for ease of integration into existing command and control infrastructures. Its modular architecture facilitates upgrades and compatibility with other defense systems, ensuring long-term usability as technologies evolve. Furthermore, the radar is mobile, allowing for rapid deployment and reconfiguration in response to emerging threats.

With its combination of advanced technologies, high-resolution performance, and robust operational features, the Elta 2957 stands out as a leading solution in the realm of ground-based radar systems. It serves as a critical asset for nations seeking to enhance their airspace security and situational awareness, paving the way for superior defense operations in an increasingly complex aerial environment. Its continued development represents ongoing advancements in radar technology, reflecting the evolving needs of modern military and civilian applications.
