OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ï Make sure you have installed the back-up battery in the battery
compartment.
ï Make sure you have extended the FM Lead Wire Antenna to its full
length.
ï Connect the AC power cord plug to a 120V 60Hz AC outlet.

SETTING THE CLOCK

Whenthe radio is connected tothe AC outlet for the first time the display will show
flashingì AM 12:00î.
1.) First depress and hold the TIME/DISPLAYbutton and then press the SKIP
FWD. buttonor the SKIP REV. buttonto adjust the display forward or
backto the correct time. The display will move slowly at first, and then begin to
moverapidly.
2.) Be sure to set correctly forAM or PM. If the AM indicator is ëOní, the time
displayed isAM. When the display shows the correct time, release all the
buttons.
