Contact the factory for questions concerning prices and policies covering these replacement parts. Parts will be shipped at prevailing prices. Normally, all parts can be ordered through your Empire Comfort Systems, Inc. distributor or dealer.
When ordering repair parts, always give the following information:

2.The part number.
3.The description of the part.
4.The installation date of the unit.
