Opening the Printer Software

After you create your document and load your paper, you’re ready to change your printer driver settings. Make sure the document you want to print is open and then, from the File menu, click Print. You see the Print dialog box for your application (your Print dialog box may look slightly different):

Select your printer here.

Click here to get to the next dialog box.

If you see a Setup, Printer, or Options button, click it.

Then click Properties on the next screen.

Make the following selections on the Print dialog box:

■Make sure EPSON Stylus COLOR 660 is selected.

■If your application’s Print dialog box contains a Properties button, click it.

If you see a Setup, Printer, or Options button, click it. Then click Properties on the next screen.

If you click the print icon on your application’s tool bar instead of selecting Print from the File menu, you may not get the option to change the printer driver settings for your print job.
