Follow these steps to access the printer driver’s online help:

1.Click Start, select Settings and then Printers.

2.Right-click the icon of your printer, and click Printing Preferences (in Windows 2000) or Document Defaults (in Windows NT 4.0).

3.Click the Help button at the bottom of the window that appears.

For Macintosh users

1.Select Chooser from the Apple menu.

2.Click the AL-C8500icon.

3.Click the ? button in the window that appears.
