3.Make sure that your printer is selected, then click Print, Setup, Properties, Options, or a combination of these buttons. You may need to click more than one of these buttons in different dialog boxes. The printer driver window appears.

4.Make all necessary settings for your document under the various tabs in the printer driver. Refer to the driver’s online help or the Reference Guide for details on each setting.

5.Click the OK button at the bottom of the window, and you will return to the Print dialog box (or a similar dialog box).

6.Click Close, OK, or Print to print. You may need to click more than one of these buttons in different dialog boxes.
