Printed colors are different from those in the original image.

Exact reproduction of colors is very difficult. T he reason for this

is explained in your Color Guide. See your software manual or your

printing company for guidance on color matching.

The printed image is larger or smaller than the original size.

The image size settings in y our software determine the siz e of the

printed image. Do not use the size of the image on your monitor

to judge the printed size.

Your image cannot be printed or the printout is garbled.

Check that the printer is properly connected to the computer and

is correctly set up. (See your printer manual.)

Color of negative fi lm preview images loo ks odd.

Check that TPU - Neg. Film is selected in the Document Source

settings in EPSON TWAIN.

The dark area around the film, such as the frame of the film holder,

is perceived as white - altering the exposure of the scanning area

and causing your scans to appear da rker. See the correct color by

clicking and dragging the mouse over an area, then clicking the

zoom preview button.
