❏The setup data will not be initialized unless the /I parameter has been specified when

overwriting the firmware. However, if the format o f the setup data is to be modified with a

firmware upgrade, either initialize the setup data with the use of the /I parameter, or

upload/download the setup data.

❏As the Keyboard interface is used for transferring the setup data, ensure that the command

has been enabled. If [CMDOFF] is selected from MSR/Keyboard Setup Utility

(PKMODE.EXE) , data transfer will not be possible and the procedure will end with an error.
