Answer calls
A ring signal indicates an incoming internal or external call. You can
see the duration of incoming calls, see section “Call Timer” on
page48.
Note:To answer calls via the headset, see section
“Headset (optional)” on page 91.
To answer an incoming call:
uLift the handset.
Handsfree
ÂPress without lifting the handset.
You are connected to the caller via the loudspeaker and
microphone.
ÄÂPress to terminate a handsfree call.
On another extension
You can answer a call to another extension from any phone in your
office.
