1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Drainoilwhileengineiswarmfromoperation.
3.Theoildrainislocatedonrighthandsideof
engine.Placepanundermachinetocatchoil.Fit
hoseinliteraturepackoveroildrainvalve.Rotate
valve1/4turncounterclockwiseandgentlypull
outwardtoopenvalve.Allowoiltodrain,then
closevalvebypushinginwardandrotating1/4
turnclockwise.Removeandretainthehosefor
futureuse.
4.Replacetheoilltereveryotheroilchange.Clean
aroundoillterandunscrewltertoremove.
Beforereinstallingnewlter,applyathincoating
ofoilonthesurfaceoftherubberseal.Turn
lterclockwiseuntilrubbersealcontactsthelter
adapterthentightenlteranadditional1/2to
3/4turn.
5.Cleanaroundoilllcapandremovecap.Fillto
speciedcapacityandreplacecap.
6.Useoilrecommendedinengineowner’smanual.
DoNotoverll.Starttheengineandcheckfor
leaks.Stopengineandrecheckoillevel.

CheckHydraulicOilLevel

1.Stopengineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
Engageparkingbrake.Allowenginetocool.
2.Cleanareaaroundhydraulicexpansionreservoir.
OillevelshouldbeattheFULLCOLDlineon
expansionreservoir.Ifnot,addoil.Useonly
ExmarkPremiumHydrooil.Replacehydraulic
reservoircapandtightenuntilsnug.DoNot
overtighten.DoNotoverll.

CheckTirePressures

ServiceInterval:Every40hours

2.Checktirepressureindrivetires.
3.Inatedrivetiresto13psi(90kPa).
4.Semi-pneumaticcastertiresdonotneedtobe
inated.
Note:DoNotaddanytypeoftirelinerorfoam
llmaterialtothetires.Excessiveloadscreatedby
foamlledtiresmaycausefailurestothehydrodrive
system,frame,andothercomponents.Foamlling
tireswillvoidthewarranty.
