Battery Removal and Disposal: This product uses a sealed lead acid battery. When the battery no longer recharges, it should be removed from the vacuum and recycled in accordance with state laws. The battery must not be incinerated or composted.
WARNING: In some areas, it is illegal to place used lead acid batteries in the trash or in municipal solid waste streams.
To remove the battery, follow these steps: | |||
