SYMPTOM SOLUTION

When I press the START button, I hear a funny sound and it says to pick a sport.

The balls are falling off the sides of the chute.

The soccer ball or puck has hit the target but the scoreboard didn’t recognize it.

The ball has gone through the basketball hoop but the scoreboard didn’t recognize it.

You cannot play the Beat the Clock game in the following sports: soccer, hockey and golf. Choose basketball, football or baseball to play Beat the Clock.

Battery power is weak. Replace all four batteries with fresh, “C” alkaline batteries.

You will need to reset the electronics. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the back of the game selector. Slide it OFF and then back ON again. To play, be sure to select a game, then a sport and finally, press START.

Make sure all five straps in each side of the net are fastened to the chute.

You probably forgot to press the START button. Press the button and begin play!

The target is sensitive to movement. Be sure the ball or puck makes a direct hit on the target.

The yellow wires are not properly connected. Turn the power off. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the back of the game selector. Slide it OFF. Open the connector cover by removing the two screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Look for the yellow wires. Disconnect the yellow wires. Look inside the connector at the pins. Make sure the pins are not bent. Reconnect the yellow wires. Replace the connector cover and turn power back on. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the back of the game selector. Slide it ON. To play, be sure to select a game, then a sport and finally press START.
