REGULACIÓN DE LA PROFUNDIDAD DE CORTE

Hay dos métodos para regular la profundidad de corte en la rebajadora FT3000. La perilla reguladora de profundidad (A) es mejor sin el efecto émbolo. La torreta de topes (I) y

la varilla de tope de la torre (D) son mejores cuando las graduaciones se repiten o se requieran dos o más graduaciones de profundidad.

1)Perilla reguladora de profundidad: –Fig. 9 La altura de la torre del motor puede regularse con la perilla reguladora de profundidad (A) cuando el manguito fijador

(P)de la torre del motor esté desenganchado. Girar la perilla en sentido horario para aumentar y antihorario para reducir la profundidad. Luego fijar

la graduación subiendo el manguito fijador

(P)de la torre del motor. Antes de usar la perilla reguladora de profundidad (A), siempre asegurarse que el manguito fijador

(P)de la torre del motor esté desenganchado y que la varilla de tope (D) no enganche

en alguno de los topes de la torreta (I). Si la herramienta estuviese montada en una mesa para rebajadora, insertar la llave (M) reguladora de profundidad en el acceso (L) para regular la altura del motor sobre la mesa y girarla en sentido antihorario para aumentar y horario para reducir la profundidad de corte.

Nota: la llave reguladora de profundidad

(M)puede usarse en la perilla reguladora de profundidad (A).

2)Torreta de topes de profundidad y Varilla de tope de la torre: –Fig. 10 El conjunto de torreta de topes de profundidad (I) y varilla de tope de la torre

(D) permiten fijar tres profundidades de corte. Para el máximo del efecto de émbolo, girar la perilla reguladora de profundidad (A) en sentido antihorario hasta subir el motor al máximo en sus columnas.
