CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1General
Read the instructions in this manual thoroughly before attempting to operate this equipment. This manual covers all configurations of FPRE14, FPRE17, and FPRE22 models. The fryers in this model family have most parts in common, and when discussed as a group, will be referred to as “RE Series Electric” fryers.
Although similar in appearance to the Pro Series Electric family of Common Electric fryers, the RE Series Electric fryers feature a significantly different rotating element with an enhanced design. Other features, including the deep

DANGER
Hot cooking oil causes severe burns. Never attempt to move a fryer containing hot oil or to transfer hot oil from one container to another.

Fryers in this series are equipped with the following automatic safety features:
