Charging the Battery

The battery is not charged at shipment. Charge the battery before use.1Place the battery in the supplied battery charger.Insert the battery in the orientation indicat- ed by the DFClabels.

The camera uses an NP-95 rechargeable battery.

Plug the charger into an indoor power out- let. The charging indicator will light.
