6 ERROR MESSAGES

This chapter explains the error messages and the recovery process.

If the following error messages are displayed on the LCD, the Imprinter is malfunctioning.

Recover the Imprinter following the procedures described.

If the error messages are different from the following or the ones described in "fi-4860C Operator's Guide", "Appendix 3 MESSAGES OF OPERATOR PANEL", or if you can not fix the problem, contact the FUJITSU Scanner dealer where you purchased the scanner, or an authorized FUJITSU Scanner Service Provider.
