C-2. HEX Dump
Turn off the printer power switch, put the paper in place, and turn on the printer power switch while holding down the FEED switch on the control panel. The printing described in Section 8.1 occurs. Press the FEED switch for a short time. After "HEX dump" is printed as shown below, press the FEED switch for about two seconds to start the HEX dump mode.
In this mode, all the signals that are sent from the host computer to the printer are printed in hexadecimal format. The printed data can be used to confirm that the control codes that were sent from the created program to the printer were correctly received.
To cancel this mode, turn the power switch off once.
