lNon-durable components
Depending on the environme nt and period of usage there wi ll
be non-durable components that r equire replacement wit hin
the warranty period. C ustomers who have signed up to hard -
ware maintenance contrac t will be provided with replac ement
parts free of charge and wil l have higher priority for repla ce-
ment.
Customers not signed up to hardwa re maintenance contra ct
will be charged for operation cost (i ncluding the maintenanc e
parts) replacement separa tely.
- Service life of non-durable components
The service life of non-dur able components is decided bas ed
on the presumption that the ser ver is used in an approp riate
environment.
The temperature of the ope rating environme nt is between
10°C and 35°C. However, the service life is calculated usi ng
25°C as the average temperature so ai r conditioning should be
used.
