NOTE:
Before plugging the antenna into the ANT. jack of the unit, check that the pin is
not bent. If it is bent, straighten the pin as illustrated, then plug the pin into the
ANT. jack of the unit.

Note to CATVsystem installer:
This reminder is provided to call the CATVsystem installer’s attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides
guidelines for proper grounding and in particular, specifies that the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding
system of the building as close to the point of cable entry as practical.
For yoursafety and to avoid damages to the unit, unplug the antenna cable from the ANT. jack
before moving the unit.

PREPARATION FOR USE

ANTENNA/CABLE CONNECTIONS

Plug the incoming cable into the ANT. jack on the rear of the unit.
If your cable service supplies you with a converter box or if you use a
satellite system, connect the box with this unit as shown below.
