This allows you to format the CF card.
CAUTION
All the images recorded in the CF card are deleted and cannot be recovered. Be careful when
formatting the CF card.
1Rotate the function dial to "SETUP" and slide the power
switch to turn on the camera.
• The power switch returns to the initial position.
2Press the button .
• The SETUP mode menu is displayed on the LCD monitor.
3Press the or key so that [FORMAT] is highlighted and
press the key.
• The display to confirm whether you want to format the CF card appears.
