Simplyturn the knobto the desired cookingtemperatures,whichare markedin 25°F.incrementson the dial. It will normallytake30 to 60 secondsbeforethe flamecomeson.
Afterthe ovenreachesthe selected temperature,the ovenburnercycles offcompletely,thenon witha full flameto keepthe oventemperature controlled.
