1- REVIEW YOUR CALL RECORDS
Use or buttonto scroll browse throught the caller list. At the
endof the call record list, you will see the “END OF LIST” message.
Presseither or buttontocontinue.
2- SAVE CALL RECORDS
Savespecific calls by deleting old or unnecessary call records.
Note: Yourphone stores up to 80 calls records before the memory
becomesfull. When the next call comes in, the oldest record
automaticallydrops off and makes room for the new call record.
3- DEL BUTTON AND FUNCTION
Inthe state of off-hook, use or buttontoselect the number you
wishto remove, press button,theLCD will show “DEL?” then
press buttonagain to remove this number, press other button to
exit.If press buttonfor about 6 seconds, the LCD will show “ALL
DEL?”then press buttonto remove all numbers and the LCD will
show“NO CALL”, press other button to exit.
Whenyour Caller ID phone is in use mode, the timer will start after
pressing button,then press buttonagainto stop timer.
4- USING THE CALL BACK FEATURE
Dialthe dialled number, the unit can store up to 30 dialled
numbers.
-In the state of on-hook, press OK button once, then use or
buttonto select the number you want to dial out.
-Pick up the handset, then press OK button to dial the phone number
automatically.
Allowsyou to automatically dial the number of the person who
hascalled previously.
-Lift thehandset, listenfor thedial tone.
-Select the caller that you want to call back by pressing or
button.
-Press OK buttonto automatically dial the phone number of the caller
shownon the LCD panel.
Note: the call back feature will not dial the phone number if the
selectedcall record phone number is blocked or it is not available.
Ifthe line is busy, hang up the phone to get a dial tone and then press
OKbutton again. Youmay also press buttonto dial the last
numberdialed.
