•Mailboxmessagesareplayedlast.

•After2-3minutesthemachinewillbeepandstop.Press 7tocontinue.

•To pause,press7.To continue, press 7within15seconds.

•Toskiptothe previousmessage,press2.

•Toskiptothe nextmessage,press5.

•To eraseamessage,press3duringit.

•Tomakesureyou’vehearditall,it’sbesttoskipbackwards(press 2)anderaseit whenyouhearitagain.

•An‘erased’ messageisn’terasedimmediately.It’serasedafterthemachinesays ‘endofmessages’.Upuntilthistimeyoucanstillhearan‘erased’ messageagain.

•To eraseallmessages:afterthemachinesays‘endofmessages’,press33. You’ll hear5beepstoconfirmdeletion.

Afterhearingyourmessages,youcandothefollowing:

•Tolistentomessagesinaspecificmailbox:pressSthenthemailboxnumber (1, 2,3 or 4).

•Tolistentomemos:press*1(memosarestoredinmailbox1).

•TolistentoOGMs: press4 1(forOGM1)or4 3(forOGM2). Thisonlyworksfor OGMsyourecordedyourself,notfortheOGMsthemachinecomeswith.

•Tolistentoallmessagesagain,press7.

•TorecordanewOGM:press47(forOGM1)or49(forOGM2).Speakafterthe4 beeps,thenpress7.TohearthenewOGM,press41(OGM1)or43(OGM2).
