DAMAGECAUSEDBYYOURGENIEPRODUCTORITSFAILURETOWORK;ANY
SPECIAL,INCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES;ORANYDAMAGES
RESULTINGFROMMISUSEORMODIFICATIONOFYOURGENIEPRODUCT.
Somestates and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages,so the
above limitations orexclusions may not apply to you.
Thiswarranty isthe only one we will give on your Genie product, and it sets
forth all ourresponsibilities regardingyour Genieproduct.There are noother
expresswarranties.

you may also haveother rights which vary from stateto stateandprovince to

beforeschedulingwarrantyservice.If warrantyserviceisprovidedbyanauthorized
dealer,Geniewillprovideallrequiredpartsunderwarrantyatno chargetoyou, but
thedealersareindependentbusinesspeopleandmayrenderabenchorservicecall
chargefortheirservices.Geniewillnotreimburseyouorotherwiseberesponsiblefor
thosecharges.
Wesuggestthatyouretainyouroriginalpackingmaterialin theevent wechoose
torepairor replaceyourGenieProductandrequestthatyoushipit to us.Besureto
includeyourname,address,telephonenumber,proofofdateand placeof purchase
andadescriptionofthe operating problem.Afterrepairingorreplacing,yourGenie
product,wewillship it to your homeat no costto you for partsand labor,butyou will
havetopaya minimumof $S.00forshippingand handlingcharges.
