In installations where the unit is installed above ground level and not serviceable from the ground (Example: Roof Top in- stallations), the installer must provide service platform for ser- vice person with rails or guards in accordance with local codes or ordinances or in their absence with the latest edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code Section 305.

NOTE: Unit can also use roof curb.
