1.) 3 column clean out door assy. (D51-0077). Item 8a on the part no. listing (pg 17).

2.) 4 column clean out door assy. (D11-0032). Item 8b on the part no. listing (pg 17).

3.) 5 column clean out door assy. (D01-0349). Item 8c on the part no. listing (pg 17).

A 5 column clean out door assy (D01-0349) is shown in the photograph below.
